We got into X-Dance! Woop. First Love will be screened at 8pm on Monday 24 January at The Depot (400 W. South Temple, Salt Lake City) alongside the likes of Castles in the Sky and Who is J.O.B? If you’re in the area get involved! Purchase tickets here. Hopefully we’ll see you there!! Huzzah.

Oh Yeah… our Nikki won the Under 18 Girls Arnette Australian Junior Surfing Title late last year! After coming second in 2009 it was Nikki’s turn to take out the championship at her home break on Phillip Island. Nice one Nicola. We look forward to seeing you take on the World Tour just like Steph Gilmore, Sally Fitzgibbon & Tyler Wright – all previous winners of the title. Also massive props to Creed McTaggart (pictured with Nikki below) on taking out the under 18 Boys. Yeeeewww.

A MASSIVE congrats to the amazingly talented Stephanie Gilmore on her fourth World Title! The First Love crew had the pleasure of being their for her win last year – but alas not this one. Can’t wait to catch up in Hawaii Steph – and WELL DONE! Huzzah.

We’re so excited! The New First Love is screening for the first time EVER at the Hawaiian International Film Festival this Saturday October 23rd at 4pm and Sunday October 24 at 11.30am. If you’re over in Waikiki for the festival be sure so get tickets to the screenings here!! Claire Gorman our amazing director will be there – so don’t be scared to track her down and say hi!
